The Urualla community in Abuja gathered in unity, joy, and cultural pride on 14 December 2025 for its annual End-of-Year Party, held at the serene residence of High Chief Nwagbo Remmy Chris in Wuye District, Abuja. The event brought together indigenes of Urualla, Ideato North LGA of Imo State, friends, and well-wishers, strengthening the bond that has kept the community progressive over the years.
The highlight of the event was the presentation of awards and recognitions by the Chairman of the Urualla Clan Assembly, Chief Chuks R. Nwadike, who honoured dedicated members of the association. Awards were given to outstanding contributors, active and vibrant members, and individuals whose consistent commitment has supported the growth of the Urualla Clan Assembly (Abuja Branch).
Distinguished personalities and honourable chairmen graced the event, including Chief Uche Sylvanus Alaadi, Mr Ifeanyi Ibewuba, Mr Calistus Uzoma, Mr Chijioke Egbusunwa, Mr Ezennolum Chukwudi and other respected community leaders whose presence added value, prestige, and cultural significance to the celebration.
In a remarkable gesture of solidarity, a representative from Amac/Bwari, who is also an in-law to the Urualla community, donated ₦500,000 to support the activities and development agenda of the Urualla Clan Assembly. The announcement was met with applause and gratitude, reflecting the spirit of family and unity that defines the Urualla people.
The occasion featured social interactions and networking among members, music, dance, and cultural displays, the serving of assorted foods and drinks, official attendance-taking to strengthen record keeping, and lively engagement that kept guests entertained till the end of the event. The atmosphere was filled with joy as members celebrated the achievements of the year and renewed their commitment to community progress.
The Chairman, Chief Chuks R. Nwadike, in his closing remarks, appreciated all members, invited guests, and supporters for their participation and contributions throughout the year. He emphasized the importance of unity, peace, love, progress, and collective effort in building a stronger Urualla community in Abuja and beyond.
